PalmHaven is a 4th-floor 2BR/1BA condo in the Pilot House at Baytowne Wharf, inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The Wharf's waterfront restaurants, shops, and live music are out the front door, the lagoon-style pool and hot tub are a short elevator ride below, and the resort tram to the beach picks up at the building entrance. A king master, a bunk bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa give you sleeping for 6 in a footprint that stays easy for a couple or a young family.

Inside, the living room opens through sliding doors onto an oversized covered balcony with wicker seating for four and a leafy resort and garden view. The sectional faces the TV, and the queen sleeper sofa folds out for extra guests. The dining nook seats four under a chandelier and connects to a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, ice maker, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and the full bath with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk, a dresser, and its own TV, a room kids claim immediately. A stackable washer and dryer is in the unit.

Getting to the Beach
Sandestin's complimentary tram is the easiest way to reach the beach from PalmHaven. Tram passes are included with your stay, and the pickup point is right outside the Pilot House front door. From there the tram runs to Sandestin's private beach access, Grand Boulevard, and points across the resort - download the Sandestin app for a map of all stops and the current schedule. You can also drive and park near the beach access.

Step outside and you are already there. Baytowne Wharf surrounds the building with waterfront dining, bars, boutique shops, live music, and seasonal festivals. The Pilot House pool pavilion, with its lagoon-style pool, hot tub, fitness room, and grills, is available throughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
