Located on the water and close to the beach, this spacious property is stocked with everything you need for a fabulous vacation including a 2022 6-seater golf cart. Located in a private cul-de-sac at the end of Beachwalk Villas, you can easily golf cart to Baytowne Wharf, private beach, pools and Grand Boulevard. Brand new, updated kitchen with new counters, cabinets and appliances, full-sized washer & dryer and 2.5 bathrooms. We love it here and we know you will too!

Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre premier destination resort located in Northwest Florida. Bella Vida comes with plentiful parking and a newer model 6-seat golf cart for your use, but guests are also welcome to drive your own car throughout the resort. Sandestin also provides guests with a fleet of complimentary trams that run from the beach to the bay. Simply present your resort card for access to the tram and download the free Sandestin app for a map of all tram stops.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
