In a quiet garden community a short walk from the sugar-white sand of Seagrove Beach, MermaidBay is a two-story 30A townhome built for easy family beach days. It sleeps up to eight, so the kids, the grandparents, and the cousins all have a place to land - and the large, newly remodeled public beach access is about a four-minute walk from the front door.

Inside, the home was recently refreshed with hardwood floors, granite counters, and an updated kitchen stocked for real cooking - full-size refrigerator, range and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything in between. The open living and dining area opens onto a covered lanai, a shaded spot to land after sandy afternoons at the beach.

Upstairs, the king primary gives the adults a quiet corner of their own. The guest room is built for the younger crew, with a twin-over-full bunk plus an extra twin, and a living-room sleeper sofa rounds out room for eight. A full bath with a walk-in shower handles the morning beach rush, and a convenient powder room keeps the downstairs traffic moving. A full-size washer and dryer means you pack lighter and head home with clean laundry.

MermaidBay sits in Cassine Gardens, a green, walkable Seagrove neighborhood threaded with cypress nature trails, a community pond, two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court. Some of the best of Seagrove is right at the edge of the parking lot - walk out for morning coffee and donuts, tacos at Mi Casita, a New York slice at Boggy Boys (formerly Brozinni's), or fresh Gulf catch at Goatfeathers. Seaside is a short bike ride away, so a lot of your week happens without ever moving the car.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
