Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We purchased MermaidBay on 30A in early 2021 after falling in love with the Seagrove Beach area, beautiful community setting, pools, nature trails - and close proximity to the beach and walking distance to shopping, wonderful seafood markets and dining along 30A. The home has a host of recent upgrades like hardwood flooring, granite counters an upgraded kitchen and personal touches of our own with all new paint, downstairs flooring, decor, linens, towels, and more. We hope you like the touches we've added!
