Welcome to Lagunamar by Epiqhost, a designer 2BR/3BA villa in Beachwalk Villas at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, tucked into a quiet corner of the resort right on Horseshoe Lake. A complimentary 6-seater golf cart with Bluetooth and GPS is included, and the beach is about a 2-minute ride away.

Inside, high-end furnishings and designer finishes run throughout - shiplap walls, sliding barn doors, and a cocktail bar complete with wine fridge. The fully equipped kitchen brings granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast nook, with a private outdoor gas grill for cookout nights. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a tub/shower combo; the second bedroom pairs a queen bed with two built-in twins and private access to its own en-suite bath; and a gel-foam sleeper sofa plus a convenient half bath round out sleeping for 8. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room handle movie nights, and a full-size washer and dryer keeps beach towels in rotation.

Out front and back, private patios bookend the villa - morning coffee over Horseshoe Lake, evening drinks after a beach day. Parking covers both the golf cart and your personal vehicle, and Sandestin's pools, golf courses, tennis courts, and private deeded beach access are all part of the stay.

Getting to the Beach
Your included golf cart makes beach days easy. From Lagunamar it is about a 2-minute ride on resort roads and cart paths to Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
