Mediterranea is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath Mediterranean home in the private gated enclave of Palmeira Villas on 30A in Seagrove Beach - just 296 yards from the Gulf. Every bedroom has a private en-suite bath, both master suites open to wraparound covered balconies with peek-a-boo Gulf views, and the architecture sets this house apart from anything else in this price range. Over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully laid-out space for groups who want comfort, privacy, and easy beach access.

Step through the 8-foot mahogany arched entry door and the main level opens up immediately. 12-foot coffered ceilings, French oak hardwood floors, and a bright open-concept layout flow into a front living area with a large flat screen TV, multiple seating areas, and a full wet bar complete with a wine fridge and ice maker. The gourmet kitchen features Carrara quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, an oversized island with seating, stainless appliances, and a dishwasher - everything needed to cook and gather for ten. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
