CasaDelSol is a beautifully appointed 2BR/2.5BA Villa located on the bayside of the Sandestin® Resort - offering stunning views of the Links course, lake and even the Bay off the back patio. The Villa sleeps 5 comfortably within its two ensuite Master bedrooms - each with a private bathroom. This newly renovated Fairways villa offers upscale furnishings, and comes with an included 4-seater golf cart you can take right to the edge of the Bay to sip wine and watch the sunset. The location offers convenient access to the beautiful swimming pools, golf courses and private beach the resort is known for!

Our gourmet kitchen was recently updated with new appliances and an induction cooktop and is open and bright, making meal prep a pleasure. A gas grill is located on the sprawling back deck along with sweeping views of the Links course and lake. The dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating. The family room is comfortable and inviting with cushy sofa and chairs and a Smart TV with Roku, cable service and fast WiFi throughout the home. Relax on the spacious decks out back and enjoy views of the lake!

Wake to fairway views out of the oversized windows in the first Master ensuite featuring a luxurious King bed with premium mattress and wall-mounted TV. Or step into the master bath outfitted with a double vanity and tiled tub/shower combo allowing for a relaxing bath at the end of your day at the beach. The second Master bedroom has been furnished with a Full-size bed with premium mattress and accompanying built-in twin daybed.

The Fairways is situated on the bayside of the Sandestin Resort, and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
