Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
This was one of the first vacation rentals we looked at in the Santa Rosa Beach area. We were so drawn to this quiet little hidden gem that was so close to 30A, beautiful 30A beaches, Highway 98, Sandestin and Grand Boulevard. It was walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants in the area and we were thrilled at the sizable backyard where we added a fire pit and a patio set to enjoy while swimming in the oversized heated swim spa.
